I wasn’t sure what to expect at the start but Kelly immediately made me feel at ease. She got me and my situation straight away and i feel heard and understood.
After my first session I felt my anxiety recede and had a sense of inner calm that had not been present for a long time. She has given me tools I am using to try to break my cycle of negative self talk.
There have been several challenging situations since our second session that have disrupted the sense of calm, however the work in the session and tools Kelly has given me is helping me deal with these situations with more self compassion and awareness of my triggers.
Having completed a Mindfulness coaching with Kelly I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has taught me some valuable techniques using Mindfulness in day to day situations, helping deal with stress and anxiety. Bringing peace, calm and self awareness into your daily life is important and Kelly has the caring and giving personality to give you just that.
